Well today pretty much sucked! I got a steriod shot in my knee today..so needless to say I did absolutely no exercise! I’m in to much pain! Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Jillian Michael’s kicked my arse tonight..here is a break down of what I did: Total workout: 32 mins Running: 19.06 mins, calories burned 214 Monkey Bars: 1:49mins, calories burned: 8 (I still need to figure out this activity) Log Jump: 1:49 mins, calories burned: 25 Log Walk: 3:38 mins, calories burned..haha ready for this one…ONE [...]
