Hi girls!! I hope that you are all doing well!! Well my workout yesterday was 10 minutes on the stairclimber, 45 minutes on the treadmill! Food oatmeal, yogurt, Hershey kiss, pudding, 1/2 Turkey Sandwich another pudding, One Fuze Drink, Two Hershey Kisses Spaghetti with a salad Have a great day!!!

Boy is it cold today!! Yeah I made it to Wed!! Yesterdays workout was as follows 50 minutes on the treadmill with a couple one minute sprints at the end and some incline. 30 minute walk at my sons basketball practice.
