Hmmmm eating was pretty good last 2 days. Tonight went out to dinner at Tuscanos hmmmmm yea not me at all.
w/o – Friday day off
Thursday – strength training 3 sets of 15 -squats (w/10lb weight);lunges w/ side twist & 10lb weight; biceps on ball 10lb weight; pec flys on ball w/ 10 lbs weights’; single leg squats each leg then 50 calf raises OUCH!!!

OMG I am hurting just reading aoubt the weights you used do do ALL those exercises, a double OUCH from me!!
Food yeah that restaurant wouldn’t be my kind of eating either!!!
