Sure the 6 weeks is up and I end it on an up note. That’s not up as in happy either, the dang yo yo went up so not
for me, but today is a new day, so we shall see!!!

I have been LAZY all weekend. Just watching movies w/ the family & doing much of nothing! So that means I have to hit it hard this week!! Oh yea!!!

Hmmmm eating was pretty good last 2 days. Tonight went out to dinner at Tuscanos hmmmmm yea not me at all.
w/o – Friday day off
Thursday – strength training 3 sets of 15 -squats (w/10lb weight);lunges w/ side twist & 10lb weight; biceps on ball 10lb weight; pec flys on ball w/ 10 lbs weights’; single leg squats each leg then 50 calf raises OUCH!!!

Okay no wii fit again yesterday, but now I will get back into my daily routine. Well until the 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd, I know I won’t get any done then due to my two sisters being here. I think the most exercise I will get then is for my fingers!! Yeah hitting those buttons on the slot machines takes alot!!!

Food: B-cereal, coffee. L-banana, yogurt, egg. S-oatmeal, juice. D- hot dog, cheese, almonds. S-popcorn.
Exercise: jumping up and down over the BSU football game!

Weds` B-bowl of oatmeal w.raisens.honey, 1 cup coffee S~BLT Sandwhich yum, my mommy made it God Bless her L~handful of almonds and a bowl of ceral D~h/m fettichinni with chicken, request from my friend who just got out of the hospital…. I made a ton, and I left it at her house for left overs…thankgoodness, I would of been tempted to eat it all. Sure glad I like to cook – and eat my cooking too! Haha No workout, other than the 150 crunches I did…my legs were so sore yesterday, so I didn’t want to push it too much!
A persons health can be judged by which they take two at a time…….pills or stairs.
